How does the check-in process at ALON HOMES Vienna work?
We offer contactless self-check-in. You’ll receive a PIN-code to access the building and the key box. Check-in is available from 3 PM, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For long-term stays, we offer special discounts. Feel free to contact us for more details.
How does the check-out process at ALON HOMES Vienna work?
Check-out is very simple, you’ll just need to return the key to the key box by 10:00 AM with the same code from the Check-in. We kindly ask to turn off all devices, close the windows, lock the doors, and ensure you take all your belongings with you.

Street parking is subject to a fee between Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (tickets available in tobacconist shops nearby). Alternatively, there are nearby 24h parking garages, such as BEST IN PARKING (Leopoldgasse 39) or APCOA PARKING (Afrikanergasse 3).
How are the apartments cleaned?
Our apartments are professionally cleaned before every arrival, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment. Fresh bed linens, covers, hand towels, and bath towels are provided for your stay.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Do the apartments have kitchens and washing machines?
Our apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. There’s also a washing machine with laundry pods. For entertainment, you’ll find a TV in both the living room and bedrooms.
