About the area
Our apartments are located in the center of Vienna and offer excellent access to everything the city has to offer. Just steps from the building, you’ll find supermarkets like BILLA, SPAR, and HOFER, as well as the lively Karmelitermarkt, ideal for fresh food and local specialties. The area is full of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants – both international and traditional Viennese. Whether you want a quiet breakfast or an evening by the canal, everything is close by.
For public transport, you’re well-connected: Nestroyplatz (U1) and Taborstraße (U2) are a short walk away, taking you directly to Vienna’s most iconic sites like St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the State Opera, Schönbrunn Palace, Messe Wien, and Donauinsel.
The Praterstern station (U1, U2, regional trains, S-Bahn) is also nearby and offers direct links to the airport, main train station, and other regions.

About the building
ALON HOMES Vienna is located in a traditional Viennese building (built around 1900) that was fully renovated over the past years – including a complete upgrade of all apartments, hallways and the addition of 2 new rooftop levels. The property combines historic charm with modern functionality, right in the heart of Vienna’s 2nd district.
Each apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine), a washing machine, air conditioning, and High-Speed Wi-Fi.
Whether you’re visiting for a short city break or a longer business trip, you’ll have the comfort and independence of a proper home – with the benefit of professional hosting.
The building has two elevators: a smaller one inside the main staircase (1-2 persons), and a larger 8-person lift in the courtyard, perfect if you arrive with luggage, a stroller, or need more space.
Check-in is easy and contactless: you’ll receive a personal code on arrival day that opens both the main entrance and the key box inside the building. That same key (mechanical key) gives you 24/7 access to both the house and your apartment.
